Shipping & Delivery
MedaSquare ships orders to the destinations made available during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Orders that qualify for a MedaSquare free-shipping offer will have the applicable shipping discount reflected at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside MedaSquare's reasonable control may affect delivery time.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your address, contact info@medasquare.ca as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay or you believe your package has been lost, contact us at info@medasquare.ca.
We will review the shipment information and assist where reasonably possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged product
International Orders
If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by MedaSquare unless otherwise stated during checkout.
